Simpson General Hospital is proud to offer outstanding post-acute care services for individuals seeking rehabilitation before returning home. Our SGH Swing Bed program provides 24-hour, in-hospital skilled nursing care along with comprehensive rehabilitation therapies, helping patients reach their highest level of independence and functioning.
We provide Swing Bed therapy services six days a week, featuring physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation therapies. Additionally, we focus on educating residents, their families, and caregivers while establishing coordinated discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition.
To qualify for the Swing Bed program, patients must have completed a consecutive three-day acute care hospital stay within the past 30 days and require skilled nursing or rehabilitation services that we provide with excellence.
