The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Simpson General Hospital is a robust and effective short-term outpatient behavioral health program, available 5 days a week. It is designed to support and treat adults facing emotional and mental challenges. It is particularly beneficial for seniors experiencing behavioral disturbances, providing mental health treatment tailored for the elderly. PHP serves as an excellent transition from hospitalization and a valid alternative to full inpatient care for depression and age-related conditions.
Our program’s supportive group format significantly alleviates feelings of isolation and hopelessness, allowing individuals to recognize that they are not alone in their journey toward emotional and mental wellness. Patient’s transportation is available for up to 30 miles one way with breakfast and lunch provided.
